AND SO THE REASON FOR THAT WINDOW FROM 21 TO 25 IS JUST TO ALLOW THE TIME EXCUSE ME, FOR THE HOMES IN THIS FIRST SECTION TO GET BUILT AND THEN CLOSED.

SO, SO ONCE IT CLOSES IN TO AN ULTIMATE HOMEOWNERS PURCHASE, THAT'S WHEN THE ASSESSMENT BEGINS. BEGINS UPON PURCHASE BY THE BUYER.

THIS IS A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN BAH ANGLETON VILLAGE FOR THE ANGLETON VILLAGE APARTMENTS AND BETWEEN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX AND THE CITY.

SO THE AGREEMENT ENTAILS CAPACITY ACQUISITION FEES IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY FOUR DOLLARS PARKLAND DEDICATION PER UNIT AT FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS AT ONE HUNDRED EIGHT UNITS TOTALING FIFTY ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED, AND IN ADDITION TO STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION FEE AND THE CONSTRUCTION PERMIT PRICE. SO ONE OF THE OTHER THINGS ABOUT THIS AGREEMENT IS THE DEVELOPMENT WILL PAY FOR THE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE.

SO ARE OUR THREE LAKES HAVE BEEN CONSTRUCTED.

WE'VE COMPLETED ALL THE EARTH WORK THAT GOES INTO THAT THAT THAT FILM WENT ON SECTION ONE, SECTION TWO AND SOME OF A FUTURE PHASE HERE.

SO THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE LAKES IS COMPLETE.

WE'RE WRAPPING UP SOME OF THE OUTFALL STRUCTURES.

THERE'S A LARGE OUTFALL STRUCTURE THAT GOES INTO THE RANCHO DETROIT HERE THAT RIGHT NOW HAPPENS TO BE PLUGGED OFF WHILE THE IMPROVEMENTS TO HENDERSON ROAD IS BEING COMPLETED.

SO WE'RE HOLDING BACK THE WATER TO ALLOW THAT CONTRACTOR TO COMPLETE HIS WORK.

SO THIS PROJECT HAS A LANDSCAPING PACKAGE THAT WE'RE WORKING ON, IT WILL LANDSCAPE THE ENTRANCE AT 523, THE ENTRY BOULEVARD WILL HAVE A REC CENTER, A LARGE LAKE HERE WITH

WE'RE ABOUT 35 PERCENT ON THE SEWER AS OF TODAY.

THIS IS JUST ANOTHER VIEW LOOKING DUE WEST AT THE HIGH SCHOOL AND THIS WAS WHERE SECTION ONE WOULD BE.

SO WE'VE SIGNED UP A COUPLE OF REALLY GOOD BUILDERS AND THEY'RE VERY EXCITED AND WE'RE WORKING HARD TO DELIVER THIS AND PLAY SOME CATCH UP.

WE'VE HAD SOME BAD WEATHER, YOU KNOW, AND AND SO WE'RE PLAYING CATCH UP.

BUT THESE ARE THE TWO BUILDERS IN SECTION ONE.

AND WE WILL ULTIMATELY BE THE DEVELOPER THAT CONSTRUCTS THOSE FACILITIES.
