[INAUDIBLE] AND THEN AFTER THAT, THE CURRENTLY EXISTING [INAUDIBLE] DEMOLISHED, BUT OBVIOUSLY BUILT ON THE EXISTING [INAUDIBLE] EXISTING TANK HAS TO BE BUILT AT A LOCATION [INAUDIBLE] BECAUSE OF THAT [INAUDIBLE] PROPERTY. [INAUDIBLE] [INAUDIBLE] HAVING SAID ALL THAT AND ALSO PART OF THE PROCESS WOULD BE ENDING [INAUDIBLE] [INAUDIBLE] I HEARD ALL OF IT. WILL BE AN AMENDING REPLAT TO COMBINE ALL THE LOTS THAT THE CITY OWNS THERE INTO ONE BIG LOT. SO WITH THAT, I'M GOING TO TURN IT OVER TO JOHN. WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW, JOHN? BASICALLY, WALTER COVERED EVERYTHING RIGHT THERE. THE EXISTING LAND OUT THERE IS ACTUALLY LIKE FIVE PLATS, FIVE LOTS. THIS PLAN WILL COMBINE THEM ALL INTO ONE LOT FOR THE CITY. AS WALTER WAS SAYING, WE CANNOT TEAR DOWN AND DEMOLISH THE EXISTING TANK UNTIL THE NEW TANK IS BROUGHT IN ON SERVICE. THE REASON WHY IS THERE'S NO LAND TO MOVE THE TANK TO ANYWHERE ELSE. IT'S CENTRALLY LOCATED. YOU'VE GOT TO THE NORTH, YOU'VE GOT THE HENDERSON PLANT TO THE SOUTH, YOU'VE GOT THE JAMISON PLANT, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TOWN IS THE CHENANGO WATER PLANT. SO IT'S VERY CRITICAL TO KEEPING THE WATER PRESSURES UP IN THE CITY. SO WE'VE GOT TO KEEP THE EXISTING ONE ACTIVE UNTIL WE GET THE NEW ONE UP, MAKE SURE IT PASSES ALL OF ITS ALL THE TESTING REQUIREMENTS, THEN WE'LL TEAR DOWN THE OLD ONE. THE FACT THAT WE CAN'T MOVE IT ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN WHERE IT'S AT IS DUE TO THE WINDING TRACK. WHEN THEY BUILD THIS, THEY'LL WIND WIRE FOR THE REINFORCEMENT AROUND IT AND IT'LL HAVE LIKE A LITTLE BUGGY THAT GOES AROUND IN A CIRCLE, AND THAT'S THE 20 FOOT CLEARANCE THAT WALTER WAS TALKING ABOUT TO ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO GO AROUND IT TO STRUCTURALLY BUILD THIS PARTICULAR STRUCTURE. SO THAT'S KIND OF WHERE WE'RE STUCK AT HAVING TO SET THIS THING IN IN A CERTAIN LOCATION. AGAIN, THERE'S NO OTHER LAND REALLY AROUND THERE THAT'S UNDEVELOPED THAT WE COULD REALLY MOVE IT TO AND HAVE THAT KIND OF IN THAT CENTRALIZED LOCATION. SO WE'RE REQUESTING A VARIANCE ON THE 25 FOOT STEP BACK IN THE FRONT TO A 15. THAT WAY THAT WE CAN GET THIS WATER TANK PUT IN. THE EXISTING ONE HAS REACHED ITS SERVICE LIFE. THERE ARE SOME STRUCTURAL DEFICIENCIES, HOLES IN THE TOP OF THE TANK THAT WE'VE REPAIRED SEVERAL TIMES. SO KIND OF TIMING IS NOW TO DO THAT. ALL RIGHT. THANK YOU. ANYONE HAVE ANY QUESTIONS? SINCE IT IS SO CLOSE TO THE STREET, I'M JUST GOING TO ASK THE CITY TO THINK IN TERMS OF MAYBE SOME LANDSCAPING, JUST TO MAKE IT SOFTEN THE LOOK OF HAVING THIS BIG STRUCTURE IN THAT LOCATION.
