COMMISSIONERS, YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH ANGLETON PARK PLACE SUBDIVISION, WHICH IS A MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION, AND THEY ARE ASKING FOR THE FINAL APPROVAL FOR THE 50 LOTS THAT WERE NOTED ON THE PLAT.
I WILL SAY THAT WE FORWARDED THE PLAT TO THE CITY ENGINEER FOR COMMENTS AND WE HAVE VETTED ALL OF THE COMMENTS AND THEY HAVE BEEN RESUBMITTED AND CORRECTED BY THE APPLICANT WHO IS AVAILABLE HERE FROM BAKER LAWSON TO ADDRESS ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU MIGHT HAVE FOR THIS PARTICULAR PHASE OF THE SUBDIVISION. AS YOU KNOW, THEY HAVE ACQUIRED AN ADDITIONAL TRACK WHICH ALLOWED THEM TO STAY OFF OF THE GIFFORD THE GIFFORD ROAD CONNECTION.
AND THE TWO ENTRANCES WILL BE OFF OF EAST PHILLIPS.
AND YOU CAN JUST KEEP ROLLING, IF YOU DON'T MIND, FOR THE SUBDIVISION.
WE ARE WORKING TOWARDS THE FINAL DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, SO ANY APPROVAL RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL, WE'RE ASKING FOR A POSITIVE RECOMMENDATION BECAUSE THE PLAT WOULD MEET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS, BUT IT WOULD BE SUBJECT TO THE FINAL ADOPTION OF THAT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT.

ON THE COVER, WE REFERENCED THE ORDINANCE WHICH APPROVED THE REZONING WHERE THEY ASKED FOR LOT TWO UNDER THE RESIDENTIAL USE.
THEY ARE PROPOSING, OF COURSE, THE STORAGE USE ON THE PROPERTY IN WHICH YOU DO HAVE THE DOCUMENTS ATTACHED, WHICH WOULD SHOW THE CONSTRUCTION SUBDIVIDED INTO TWO LOTS AND ONE DETENTION RESERVE LOT AS WELL.
LOT ONE BEING THE DETENTION RESERVE.
AND THEN THERE WOULD BE A TRACK FOR THE SINGLE FAMILY ESTATE AS WELL.
OTHER THAN THAT, THE PLANNING COMMISSION IN JANUARY VOTED 5 TO 0.
ENGINEERING HAS REVIEWED THE PLAT AND THEY MADE A COUPLE OF TEXTUAL SUGGESTIONS IN TERMS OF RECOMMENDED CHANGES AND THOSE WERE CLEARED BY STAFF.
THE PLAT DOES MEET ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE AND ZONING AS WELL, AND WE ARE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO COUNCIL FOR THE FINAL PLAT. GOOD QUESTION AND I APOLOGIZE IF YOU STATED THIS ALREADY, BUT WHICH LAW IS RESIDENTIAL AND WHICH LOT IS INTENDED TO BE SELF STORAGE?
