THIS BUILDING HAD NOT HAD ANY UPDATES SINCE IT'S BUILT, SINCE IT WAS BUILT, AND IF THERE WERE PICTURES ONLINE, UM, THERE YOU CAN SEE JUST HOW BAD A CONDITION THE FACILITY WAS IN THESE RENOVATIONS THAT WE'VE MADE, HAVE ADDRESSED THE FOLLOWING NEEDS A PROFESSIONAL WORK ENVIRONMENT, WHICH WE DIDN'T HAVE IN THAT, IN THAT AREA.

UH, THE ABILITY TO SHELTER THERE FOR 24 HOURS IN OPERATIONS FOR EMERGENCY.

OLGA, HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU STAYED UP THERE ALL NIGHT DURING A STORM? TOO MANY TO COUNT.

PEOPLE DON'T REALIZE JUST HOW MUCH WORK GOES INTO KEEPING OUR CITY OPERATIONS GOING IN THE TIME OF A CRISIS OR A HURRICANE.

AND OLGA TYPICALLY IS THE ONE WHO'S USUALLY THERE KEEPING EVERYTHING RUNNING FOR US SO THAT WE ARE ABLE TO HAVE WATER THAT FLUSHES AND TOILET OR TOILETS TO FLUSH AND WATER THAT TURNS ON.

AND IT'S BECAUSE OF OLGA AND ALL HER EFFORTS OVER THE 24 YEAR, 20 YEARS NEXT YEAR.

NEXT MONTH IS 20 YEARS.

OFFICIALLY 20 IN REALITY.

HOWEVER, AS YOU KNOW, SOME DEVELOPMENTS ARE CURRENTLY WORKING THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS THAT HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED ALREADY.

SO WE'RE TRYING TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC FROM THAT STANDPOINT.

UH, WHICH, WHICH IN, IN MY THINKING, IT'S, IT IS NOT NECESSARILY THE BUILDING LINE.

IT'S THE, THE DENSITY THAT WE'VE, THAT THAT'S OCCURRING IN THE PLAN DEVELOPMENT.

RIVERWOOD RANCH.

YOU'VE GOT, UH, MOST OF THOSE LOTS OVER THERE, LIKE 45 FOOT LOTS.
