SO WE ARE STILL MAINTAINING A HEALTHY FUND BALANCE IN THE EVENT THAT WE WANT TO DO ANY MAJOR PROJECT OR SOMETHING THAT COMES OUT THAT THAT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN BUDGETED FOR. SO AT THE START OF LAST YEAR, SO FY 23-24, WE STARTED WITH A FUND BALANCE OF JUST OVER $55,000. AND THEN WE WERE ABLE TO END THIS YEAR IN THE POSITIVE AS WELL. SO AND THAT FY 24 BUDGET IN THE POSITIVE. AND WE ADDED ABOUT $17,000 TO THE POT THERE. SO CONTINUING TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY BUDGET THERE SHOULD PUT US AT JUST OVER $73,000 THAT WE HAVE IN OUR FUND BALANCE. SO YOU WOULD SEE THAT ON SOME OF THE SHEETS YOU SEE CORRESPONDING FROM THERE MAY WANT TO LOOK AT FOR THAT IS ON PAGE SIX. WHAT IDENTIFIED THAT AS FAR AS THE FUND BALANCE GOES. SO TRANSFERRING SOME OF THAT INFORMATION INTO ENCODE, WHICH IS OUR INTERNAL SOFTWARE DIDN'T GO THROUGH AS WE HAD PLANNED IT TO. SO STAFF WAS WORKING TO GO THROUGH AND ADJUST SOME OF THOSE THINGS. SO ON THE SHEETS THAT YOU SEE, THE CORRESPONDING ONES THAT START ON PAGE EIGHT AND THEN GO THROUGH NUMBER TEN. SOME OF THE ITEMS THAT ARE ON THERE, I JUST WANTED TO HIGHLIGHT THE AMOUNTS THAT WERE BUDGETED ACTUALLY WERE REFLECTED FROM, I BELIEVE IT WAS FROM LAST YEAR'S BUDGET. SO IT DIDN'T ACTUALLY ROLL OVER SOME OF THE THINGS THAT WE TALKED ABOUT FOR THIS YEAR'S BUDGET. SO I DID HIGHLIGHT THAT AS FAR AS JUST WANT TO BRING TO YOUR ATTENTION THAT WE DID BUDGET FOR REVENUES OF JUST OVER 61,000, AND THEN WE BUDGETED FOR EXPENSES JUST OVER 61,000 AS WELL. SO WE STILL WILL MAINTAIN A BALANCED BUDGET. WE DON'T ANTICIPATE GOING OVER OUR REVENUE, SO WE STILL WILL SHOW A BALANCE THERE. BUT JUST KEEP IN MIND THAT IF YOU LOOK AT SOME OF THOSE NUMBERS, THE NUMBERS I STATED AS FAR AS THE 61004 REVENUE OR THE 61089 FOR EXPENSES IS NOT ACCURATE FROM THOSE BUDGET SHEETS THAT YOU SAW. BUT ALL THE OTHER ITEMS THAT WERE ON THERE ARE ACCURATE. WE'RE STILL SEEING GOOD TRENDS IN OUR TRASH BAG REVENUES. WHEN I RAN THE ACTUAL NUMBERS ON THAT, I THINK WE WERE JUST UNDER 3000, WHICH IS APPROPRIATE FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR. SO WE'RE STILL SEEING AN INCREASE IN OUR TRASH BAG REVENUE. DONATIONS FOR THE WATER BILL ARE STILL COMING IN. WELL, AS FAR AS THE TWO MAIN ONES FOR OUR REVENUE SIDE. AND THEN IT'S EXPENSES WISE, YOU'LL SEE THE MAIN ONES BEING FOR THE CLEANUP COSTS AND BEAUTIFICATION ARE THE ONES THAT HAVE HIT SO FAR. I WILL POINT OUT WITH THAT ONE, AS YOU KNOW, WE HAD THE HGAC GRANT. AND SO THE FUNDS FOR THAT ARE WE'RE ALMOST ZEROED OUT FOR THAT. THAT WAS JUST OVER $23,000 WE RECEIVED TO SUPPORT REALLY THREE DIFFERENT EVENTS. SO IT WOULD HAVE BEEN SPRING OF 24, FALL OF 24, AND THEN SPRING OF 25. GREAT NEWS IS WE'VE HAD REALLY SUCCESSFUL EVENTS. WE'RE ABLE TO OFFER GREAT SERVICES TO OUR COMMUNITY. REFLECTS IN THE BUDGET THAT WE PAY FOR THAT. SO AN EXAMPLE FOR THAT WAS PAINT. SO THIS JUST HIGHLIGHTS OUR MOST RECENT EVENT THAT WE HAD IN NOVEMBER AND GOES THROUGH AND TALKS ABOUT THE DIFFERENT THINGS THAT WE HAD AT THE EVENTS, ITEMIZED THAT OUT BASED ON THE NUMBER OF HOURS THAT WE VOLUNTEERED FOR THE BOARD, RECYCLING THAT WAS DONE FROM THERE, OR THE THINGS THAT WE'VE COLLECTED. SO WE HAD PAINT, WHICH TOTALED ABOUT 1,400 POUNDS OF PAINT WAS RECYCLED FROM THAT EVENT. WE HAD 215 TIRES THAT TOTALED ABOUT 3,000 POUNDS THAT WAS DIVERTED FROM LANDFILLS. ELECTRONIC RECYCLING, WHETHER IT BE TVS, COMPUTERS, PHONES, LAPTOPS, YOU NAME IT, WE TAKE IT. THAT WAS ABOUT 4,000 POUNDS IN RECYCLED MATERIAL. A DATA SHREDDING A PORTION OF THE EVENT WAS THE 4,200 POUNDS AND TOTAL DIVERTED. THAT WAS NEW, AND I WANT TO ADD IN HERE TO HIGHLIGHT THE IMPACT WE'RE HAVING WAS JUST OVER 12,000 POUNDS OF MATERIAL THAT WAS DIVERTED FROM OUR LANDFILLS THAT WE WERE ABLE TO PUT TO BETTER USE, RECYCLE, REUSE ALL THAT. SO I REALLY WANTED TO HIGHLIGHT THEIR SOLID WASTE IS STILL A COMPONENT OF OUR EVENTS. AND THIS EVENT, WE HAD ABOUT 6,000 POUNDS OF SOLID WASTE THAT WAS COLLECTED. AND THEN AS FAR AS TENNIS GOES, WE HAD 269 VEHICLES AND ESTIMATED ABOUT 403 PEOPLE THAT PARTICIPATED AT THE EVENT. GREAT JOB JASON AND LADIES. Y'ALL TOO. SO THE PAINT'S STILL DOING PRETTY GOOD TOO. YEAH, THE PAINT IS DOING REALLY WELL. I WILL SAY THIS WAS LOWER THAN OUR FIRST TIME OR ACTUALLY OUR SECOND TIME THE SPRING EVENT. WE'LL PUT IT THAT WAY.
