THE FIRST ITEM IS DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE MINUTES OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 2ND, 2025.I ASSUME EVERYONE HAS HAD A CHANCE TO REVIEW THE MINUTES. ARE THERE ANY CORRECTIONS? IF NOT, I WILL ENTERTAIN A MOTION TO APPROVE.
I MAKE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 2ND, 2025 MEETING.

Estates 2nd Replat to relocate an easement, and modify a lot, BEING THE REPLAT OF VERA SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN VOL. 24, PG. 103 P.R.B.C.T INTO A 7.732 ACRE, 1-BLOCK, 2 LOT, 1 RESERVE. The proposed replat is zoned Single Family Residential- 7.2 DISTRICT and COMMERCIAL-GENERAL -C-G DISTRICT is located at 2001 N. Valderas St. ]
AN EASEMENT AND MODIFY A LOT BEING THE REPLAT OF VERA'S SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 24, PAGE 103 PRVCT INTO A7.732 ACRE ONE BLOCK, TWO LOT, ONE RESERVE.OTIS. GOOD AFTERNOON. YOU ALL ARE FAMILIAR WITH THIS PARTICULAR PLAT? THE REZONING OCCURRED BACK IN 2022 FOR THE PROPERTY.
AND WE HAVE HERE A LOT, THAT'S ON 7.2. HOWEVER, THERE IS THE SELF STORAGE LOT, WHICH IS ZONED COMMERCIAL GENERAL. ALL OF THAT HAS GONE THROUGH COUNCIL BY YOUR RECOMMENDATION.
AS WE SHOWED ON THE ATTACHED. SO, IF YOU WOULD ROLL DOWN TO THE PLAT ITSELF.
WITH THAT SHIFTING OF THAT REAR LINE, IT BASICALLY JUST MAKES SOME MINOR CHANGES TO THE LOT ITSELF.
THE MAIN COMMERCIAL LOT, AS WELL AS THE RESERVE IN THE BACK FOR THE DRAINAGE.
SO OUR CITY ENGINEER HAS, OF COURSE, REVIEWED THE PROPOSED REPLAT.
WE ADVERTISED IT AS A PUBLIC HEARING DUE TO IT BEING A REPLAT.
SO IT WAS POSTED IN THE NEWSPAPER AS REQUIRED.
AND THE OWNERS ARE HERE AS WELL. SO THE PLANNING COMMISSION IS ASKED TO REVIEW AND APPROVE THIS PLAT, SUBJECT TO THE ENGINEERING NOTES WITH DETENTION POND COORDINATION THROUGH THE ANGLETON DRAINAGE DISTRICT.
WITH THAT MINOR CHANGE AND ALSO THE SHIFTING OF THAT EASEMENT, THEY'RE NOT GETTING RID OF THE WATER EASEMENT, BUT BASICALLY SHIFTING IT. AND WE MADE NOTE OF THAT ON THE PLAT AS WELL.
THAT BEING SAID, I'LL NOW DEFER TO THE COMMISSION.
