UM, AS UM, DESCRIBED, UM, THE PROPERTY OF COURSE IS PART OF A, UH, MAJOR DEVELOPMENT THAT'S IN THE PLANNED DISTRICT DEVELOPMENT FOR 561, UM, RESIDENTIAL LOTS WITH POTENTIALLY 80 OF THOSE LOTS POSSIBLY BEING MARKETED FOR COMMERCIAL.

WE'LL SHOW YOU THAT LAND PLAN, UM, IN JUST A MOMENT.

UM, WE WANTED TO INFORM YOU THAT THE PLAT WAS FORWARDED TO OUR CITY ENGINEER.

WE'VE COPIED YOU ON THE, UM, PRELIMINARY COMMENTS, WHICH SINCE POSTING HAVE BEEN, UM, SUBMITTED WITH THE RESPONSE LETTER FROM THE, UM, SUBMITTING ENGINEERING COMPANY, BAKER LAWSON.

AND THOSE WERE ONLY, UH, MINOR TEXTUAL FORMATTING ITEMS IN WHICH WE HAVE, UM, CLEARED.

SO WE ARE ASKING, UM, IF YOU WOULD JUST ROLL DOWN GRACE, UM, TO THE ATTACHMENTS IN ITEM NUMBER TWO.

UH, WE'RE ASKING THAT YOU WOULD, UM, CONSIDER THIS PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR SECTION, UM, ONE B, YOU PREVIOUSLY APPROVED ONE A, WHICH TIES INTO IT AND UM, FEEDS OFF OF COUNTY ROAD 44.
