YOU HAVE BEFORE YOU THE FINAL PLAT FOR ASHLAND PROJECT SAPPHIRE SPRINGS TRAIL STREET DEDICATION. AS YOU SEE THERE ON THE VICINITY MAP THIS IS ONE OF THE STREET DEDICATIONS JUST EAST OF THE SCHOOL.AND THIS WOULD LEAD YOU OVER TO THE SECTIONS THAT WILL BE ENTERTAINING TODAY.
THIS PARTICULAR PLAT WAS APPROVED PRELIMINARY BY CITY COUNCIL BACK IN SEPTEMBER OF 2023.
SO OUR RECOMMENDATION IS FOR APPROVAL. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FOR STAFF? DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE FINAL PLAT OF ASHLAND SECTION THREE, LOCATED EAST OF SECTIONS ONE AND TWO OF ALMADINE DRIVE, MR. SPRIGGS. THANK YOU COMMISSIONERS, THIS IS A FINAL PLAT OF SECTION THREE.AND YOU'VE JUST NOTED THE LOCATION THERE. AND ALSO ON THE VICINITY MAP, WE HAVE THOSE LOTS ON 19.43 ACRES 75 LOTS THAT ARE SITUATED IN THIS PARTICULAR SECTION WITH THE UTILITY RESERVES, EIGHT OF THOSE BEING USED FOR DRAINAGE, LANDSCAPING AS WELL. AND FOUR BLOCKS AS PROPOSED.
THE NORTHERN PORTION OF THIS SECTION WILL ENTER OFF SAPPHIRE SPRINGS TRAIL.
AS WE JUST ALLUDED TO OFF OF CITRINE POINT LANE ON TO JADE CREST DRIVE I THINK IF YOU WERE LOOKING AT THE PLAT. THIS WAS FORWARDED TO THE CITY ENGINEER FOR REVIEW AND CONSIDERATION OF THE EIGHT TEXTUAL CHANGES THAT NEEDED TO BE MADE, THE APPLICANT HAVE RESPONDED WITH THE COMPLETE CHANGES THAT WILL MOVE ON TO COUNCIL.

COMMISSIONERS, YOU HAVE SECTION FIVE HERE, JUST LOCATED DIRECTLY EAST OF SECTION FOUR, IN WHICH WE JUST CONSIDERED. THIS PLAT HAS 22.75 ACRES, OF WHICH 102 LOTS ARE BEING PROPOSED, WITH THE FOUR RESERVES AND FIVE BLOCKS BEING PROPOSED.
THIS PLAT WAS APPROVED BY CITY COUNCIL AS A PRELIMINARY BACK IN JULY OF 2024.
THE CITY ENGINEER REVIEWED THE PLAT, THERE WERE FIVE TEXTUAL REQUESTS FOR CHANGES TO BE MADE.
THEY WERE MINOR IN NATURE, AND THEY HAVE RESPONDED TO THE CITY ENGINEER COMMENTS AND SUBMITTED TO US THE FINAL PLAT WITH ALL CORRECTIONS, AND WE ARE REQUESTING FINAL APPROVAL OF CITY COUNCIL OF THE FINAL PLAT.
