IT WOULD HAVE TO BE REZONED TO ONE OF OUR DISTRICTS THAT WOULD ALLOW FOR TWO UNITS ON THAT ONE LOT. BUT WE DID RECEIVE COMMENTS FROM ONE OF THE NEIGHBORS SAYING THAT THEY SAW THAT INFLUX OF RENTAL ACTIVITY AND THEY WERE CONCERNED THAT THIS LOT NOT BE OVER DENSIFIED. SO WITH THE ORDINANCE, WHAT WE DID WAS WE TIED IT TO THE TWO UNITS, AS YOU SAW IN THE CONDITIONS THAT ARE BEING RECOMMENDED BY STAFF. WE GAVE YOU SOME PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE GENERAL VICINITY. THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DOES RECOMMEND FOR WHAT YOU SEE HAPPENING IN THE AREA IN TERMS OF BEING IT BEING SOME OF THE TRANSITIONAL TYPE USES. SO THE APPLICANT IS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU HAVE, OR TO ACCEPT THOSE CONDITIONS AS RECOMMENDED BY STAFF.
