THE TEXAS TAX CODE ALLOWS CERTAIN TAXPAYERS TO GET A DEFERRAL ON THEIR OVER 65 OF THEIR RESIDENTS HOMESTEAD, WHICH MEANS THAT THEY STILL PROVE PENALTIES AND INTEREST.
IT'S JUST AT A LESSER RATE, AND WE DON'T ACTIVELY WORK THOSE ACCOUNTS, BUT WE DO MONITOR THE DEFERRALS, AND IF THAT DEFERRAL GOES AWAY, IT WILL TAKE THE APPROPRIATE ACTION.
I'M GOING TO SKIP THE NEXT CHART AND INTEREST IN TIME AND GO TO THE TAX YEAR CHART.

WE'RE GOING TO START TO GO VERTICALLY HERE VERY QUICKLY.

THAT DOES BRING THE FULL PROJECT UP TO SOMEWHERE BETWEEN 1.8 TO $2 MILLION, IF WE WERE TO ADD ALL THOSE COMPONENTS TO IT.
WITH THAT, I WILL SAY THAT I DID HAVE A MEETING WITH THE SCHOOL DISTRICT TO HAVE A CONVERSATION ABOUT A POTENTIAL PARTNERSHIP.
I HAVE SENT THEM IN A PROPOSAL OF WHAT WE ARE CURRENTLY SLATED TO HAVE AT THIS PARK TO GET THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS TO SEE IF THERE'S ANYTHING THAT MIGHT NEED TO BE ADJUSTED BASED ON THE NEEDS FOR THE SCHOOL DISTRICT.

THEN WE'LL LOOK AT HOW THE TANK CYCLE UNDER A 72-HOUR SIMULATION, JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR TANKS ARE CYCLING APPROPRIATELY AS WELL, IF NOT, WE CAN RECOMMEND OPERATIONAL CHANGES.
IT MAY HELP THE TANKS CYCLE BETTER, AND WE ACTUALLY DO HAVE SOME.
