WE'RE TRYING TO DO IT BOTH WAYS.

WE'VE BEEN IN COMMUNICATION WITH THE PLAYGROUND VENDORS AS WELL AND A SPLASH PAD, SO THAT IF WE WERE TO MOVE FORWARD IN THAT DIRECTION TO HELP REDUCE SOME OF THOSE COSTS, WE HAVE THE ABILITY TO DO THOSE, AND THEY WOULD STAY WITHIN THAT, AND GIVES US THE ABILITY TO DETERMINE REALLY WHAT COMPONENTS WE'RE LOOKING AT.
WHEN WE SELECT A PLAYGROUND VENDOR, ALTHOUGH WE'RE BASICALLY 100% THERE AS FAR AS THE PLAYGROUND VENDOR PIECE GOES, IF WE GO DIRECTLY WITH THAT VENDOR, WE DO HAVE THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK WITH THEM THAT IF THEY HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF COST SAVINGS, WE COULD ADD A FEATURE TO THAT BECAUSE THEY WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLATION OF THE PLAYGROUND, AND THEY WOULD NO LONGER BE ON THE CONTRACTOR FOR THE WHOLE PROJECT.
JUST WANTED TO POINT THOSE ONES SPECIFICALLY OUT BECAUSE THOSE ARE TWO OF THE MAIN BIG COMPONENTS.

THERE'S ALSO AN ARTIFICIAL TURF AREA THAT SEPARATES THE PLAY AND THE PAVILION SPACE, AND THAT'S ABOUT 3,500 SQUARE FEET.
WHICH ACTUALLY TOTAL IS 3,500 SQUARE FEET.
THE TURF AREA IS A LITTLE BIT SMALLER THAN THAT, SO IT'S CLOSE TO YOU, HALF THE SIZE ON ONE OR THE OTHER.

WE ARE CURRENTLY UNDERWAY WITH ONE OF THE MAIN COMPONENTS, WHICH IS REPLACEMENT OF THAT PLAY FEATURE.
THAT ONE IS ALREADY TAKING PLACE.
THAT WAS APPROVED PREVIOUSLY BY COUNCIL.
WITH OUR GRANTS, ONE OF THE THINGS THEY WANT TO SEE IS THAT GOING THROUGH THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS AND THAT COUNCIL IS AWARE OF IT AS WE WRITE THESE PURCHASES.
SO WE'RE GOING TO STRATEGICALLY DO THIS AS WE WORK THROUGH PROJECTS THAT WILL BRING THEM SIMILAR TO THIS.

WE'RE GOING TO GIVE THEM ADDITIONAL WEEKS ON THEIR MEMBERSHIP IS IN GOOD FAITH FOR THEM FOR STAYING COMMITTED TO US.
