I'M HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AS WE TALK ABOUT THEM. FIRST ONE YOU'RE GOING TO SEE THERE IS THE REVENUE SIDE FOR ABLC. AND SO A COUPLE ONES TO POINT OUT THERE IS YOU'LL NOTICE THAT A LOT OF THOSE FOR THE TRANSFER ONES, THAT'S TRANSFERS THAT ARE COMING IN. FROM THE GENERAL FUND. SO FOR BATES, FIELD, FREEDOM PARK, AND ABIGAIL, THE GENERAL FUND WAS ABLE TO CONTRIBUTE A LITTLE BIT TO THOSE. SO YOU'LL SEE, EVEN THOUGH IT SHOWS AS A NEGATIVE ON THE REVENUE SIDE, THAT'S ACTUALLY A POSITIVE INTO THAT ACCOUNT. IT WASN'T ACTUALLY BUDGETED PRIOR TO. SO THAT IS BEING TRANSFERRED IN TO HELP SUPPORT THOSE THE COST OF THOSE PROJECTS. THE OTHER ONE JUST PRIOR TO THAT IS THE SALES TAX PORTION. A THING TO POINT OUT FOR THAT ONE IS THAT WE ARE PROJECTING ABOUT $2.4 MILLION IN EXPECTED REVENUE FOR THIS YEAR. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN ABOUT 6% IS WHAT WE BUDGETED FOR AS FAR AS OUR INCREASE. WE'RE TRYING TO BE CONSERVATIVE. UNFORTUNATELY, AT THIS CURRENT TIME, WE'RE ACTUALLY STILL A LITTLE BIT OVER THAT. ALTHOUGH THE SALES TAX IS TRENDING UP, THIS LAST MONTH WAS A NEGATIVE HIT AS FAR AS SALES TAX. SO PRIOR TO, WE WERE ABOUT A 5-6% I BELIEVE WAS OUR INCREASE. THIS DROPPED US DOWN TO A CUMULATIVE 1%. A BIG SUMMER. YEAH, LET'S HOPE FOR A BIG SUMMER AS FAR AS SPENDING GOES. SO SHOP LOCAL, SPEND LOCAL. WE DID BUDGET CONSERVATIVELY IN OUR CONTINGENCY LINE, SO THAT'S SOMETHING TO KEEP IN MIND AS WE TALK ABOUT SOME OF OUR BUDGET DISCUSSIONS. BUT I DID WANT TO POINT OUT AND ANNOUNCE THAT RIGHT NOW AT THE CURRENT MOMENTS, WE'RE ONLY AT ABOUT A 1% INCREASE YEAR OVER YEAR. SO WE'LL HAVE TO BE MINDFUL OF THAT AS THE BUDGET COMES DOWN THE LINE AS WE GET CLOSER TO THE END OF THE FISCAL YEAR. SO THAT'S THE REVENUE SIDE OF THINGS. IF WE KEEP GOING YOU'LL GET THE EXPENSES. MOST LINE ITEMS ARE PRETTY SPOT-ON THUS FAR. A COUPLE TO POINT OUT AS YOU GET TOWARDS THE BOTTOM IS YOUR FUND BALANCE TRANSFERS. TYPICALLY WE TRY TO DO THOSE AT A MID-YEAR AND THEN THE END OF YEAR AND SO WE'LL START TO COORDINATE THAT AS WE GO THROUGH WITH FINANCE BUT JUST WANT TO POINT THOSE OUT SO YOU WON'T SEE THOSE AS ACTUAL EXPENSES YET SO THAT'S WHY YOU'LL STILL SEE THOSE AS REMAINING BALANCES SPECIFICALLY FOR OUR GENERAL FUNDS, THE ANGLETON RECREATION CENTER AND THE RECREATION FUND. CONTINUITY LINE, I HAD MENTIONED THAT ONE AS WELL. WE DO HAVE A GOOD NUMBER IN THERE. ALMOST $300,000 WAS PUT INTO OUR CONTINGENCY LINE. SO THAT SHOULD BE A HEALTHY NUMBER THAT LAST YEAR WE WERE ABOUT. 2.2 MILLION AS FAR AS OUR REVENUE WAS. SO AS I MENTIONED PRIOR ON OUR REVENUE SIDE THIS YEAR IS 2.4 SO WE STILL DO HAVE A BUFFER THERE THAT AS LONG AS WE HIT LAST YEAR'S NUMBER AND EVEN A LITTLE BIT ABOVE WOULD BE THE GOAL. WE STILL HAVE SOME FUNDS OF CONTINGENCY WHICH WILL BE IMPORTANT TO TALK ABOUT IN ONE OF OUR OTHER AGENDA ITEMS, AS FAR AS ONE OF THE NEGATIVES THAT YOU SEE ON THERE IS OUR PARK'S OTHER PROJECTS. THAT IS JUST MAKING SURE WE'RE DOING HOUSEKEEPING APPROPRIATELY AND WHERE ITEMS WILL BE TAGGED. SO SOME OF OUR EXPENSES OF WHERE THOSE ARE COMING OUT FOR OUR PARK PROJECTS. WE HAVE THE FUNDING FOR THOSE. THOSE ARE ATTRIBUTED TO OUR BOND. IT'S JUST HOW IT LOOKS IN THAT BECAUSE OUR BOND MONEY AND OUR TBW STUFF IS A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT. IT DOESN'T SEEM THAT WE REALLY HAVE A DROP IN USAGE OF THE GYM. I WOULD SAY THERE'S ALSO BEEN ONES THAT HAVE CONVERTED OVER TO MEMBERSHIPS, AND SO IT'S DOING SOME OF THAT PART TO KEEP SOME MORE REGULARS THERE. I THINK THAT WOULD BE HARD TO DECIPHER BETWEEN FINDING OUT THE MOTIVE FOR SOMEBODY. AND IT IS. I MEAN, IT'S... I'M NOT SAYING YOU CAN'T. I JUST DON'T KNOW HOW ABOUT, YOU KNOW, UTILIZING THE FACILITY. YEAH, AND I MEAN WITH MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS, WE TRY TO GATHER THAT INFORMATION, BUT NOT EVERYBODY, LIKE DAY PASSES IS NOT A CANCELLATION. AND SO IT'S BASED ON, FOR US, IS THE DATA OF MAJOR CHANGES. SO WHEN A MAJOR CHANGE HAPPENS, YOU CAN USUALLY GET A LOT OF DATA OFF OF THAT. BUT AS YOU GET FARTHER AWAY FROM THAT, YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO DIRECTLY CONTRIBUTE THAT TO ONE UNDERLYING FACTOR. I MEAN, NOW GAS PRICES ARE UP, SO PEOPLE ARE BEING MORE MINDFUL OF SPENDING. KNOWING THE REC CENTER THAT I KNOW, IT IS MORE CENTERED. AND I DO LIKE THAT IT'S CENTERED AROUND FAMILY. SAME THING FOR, AS I PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED, IF YOU KEEP GOING THROUGH FOR THE RECREATION DIVISION, WE DO SEE A SMALL INCREASE OF ABOUT $8,000 THAT WE PROJECT IN REVENUE INCREASE FOR NEXT YEAR, WHICH HELPS TO OFFSET SOME OF THEIR, ABOUT THE SAME IN THEIR EXPENSES. TO CONTINUE TO OFFER THE SAME PROGRAMS AS WELL AS SOME NEW PROGRAMS, SOME PROGRAMS THAT MAY NOT HAVE MADE IN THE PAST, TRYING SOME NEW THINGS, BUT THEIR BUDGET REMAINS FLAT TO HAVE THE SAME REQUESTS FROM ABLC AS FAR AS FUNDING. AND THEN THE REC CENTER WAS A SIMILAR ONE, STAYING WITHIN THEIR CURRENT BUDGETS AS WELL TO KEEP THEIR COSTS DOWN AS WELL AS INCREASED REVENUE, SO THAT ATTRIBUTED TO THEIR $20,000 LESS REQUEST.
